Born November 09, 1970 in Siguiri, Republic of Guinea, Master Mory DOUMBOUYA completed his primary studies at El Hadj Mamady CISSE school in Norassoba in the Prefecture of Siguiri from 1979 to 1984.
After obtaining his Certificate of Primary Studies (CEP), he went to Macenta in the Forest region from 1985 to 1989 where he obtained his diploma in undergraduate studies at the College of General Education of Ouezzin KOULIBALY.

From the Guinean forest region, Me Mory DOUMBOUYA returned to Upper Guinea precisely in Kérouané to the prestigious Lycée Public Almamy Samory TOURE from where he left his indelible mark from 1989 to 1991 and obtained the BAC1 and 2.

With the BAC2 in hand, he will be oriented for higher studies in the largest University of the Republic of Guinea Gamal Abdel Nasser in Conakry. With abnegation, promptness and courage, from 1991 to 1995 Maître Mory DOUMBOUYA came out brilliantly, holder of a Masters degree in Private Law.

Remarkable ability in private law, and moreover a model student, Me Mory DOUMBOUYA will be retained by the Faculty of Legal and Economic Sciences of Gamal Abdel Nasser University to teach the courses. Thus, from 1996 to 2003, at the same University, he was in charge of courses in Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure.
In light of his exploits as a teacher-researcher at the University of Gamal Abdel Nasser, Maître Mory DOUMBOUYA is targeted by the NGO Arc International with residence in N’zérékoré, to ensure the legal protection of refugees victims of violence based on gender in Forest Guinea.

Beyond his brilliant academic career, coupled with his laudatory results at the Guinean bar, and his commitment to assume his political position without altering the priesthood of his profession in the trials. Ambitious to strengthen his skills, Maitre Mory DOUMBOUYA has a plethora of internships and studies abroad.

As if to justify the recognition of the efforts made by this brilliant lawyer, in 2016, the First President of the Superior Council of the Judiciary, Prof. Alpha CONDE, the President of the Republic, Head of State, appointed him to the post of protection and defense of the superior interests of the nation entitled “State Judicial Agent”. Position he held until Friday, June 19, 2020, date of his appointment to the post of Minister of Justice, Keeper of the Seals. In view of his career coupled with a great passion for a job well done and his character combining discretion, rigor and professionalism, there is nothing surprising in this regard to see the new Minister of Justice take the lead. direction of the chancellery because the man believed in a conviction, he remained faithful to it.
